Slick, quick and exceptional Customer Support

Set up a new business account & euro account with Sterling. Every step of the process was simple, well explained and fantastically prompt. Hit a bit of a snag with the Euro account, but that was down to me not following the instruction properly and was quickly cleared up by a customer services rep. Absolutely first rate, so good in fact that I am in the process of transferring my personal accounts over too. Reviewed on: 11th January 2020

Fast set up

Early Days, but so impressed

Within only about 20 mins, I'd set up my Personal and Business Accounts within the App, and received the cards a couple of days later...all without talking to anyone, any queuing or being on hold to a call centre. The App is really easy to use, and I love the facility to create silos/goals for things like bills/salaries and taxes. The connections to online Accounting Apps are very handy to have. Business Sense Simply

First came the personal account which was a refreshing change from the normal stuffy bank system. This account was so good and worked so well that I have now persuaded my university daughter to also take on a starling bank account. Having had a Barclays account for my business for years it never felt flexible enough or affordable enough to use as an every day account. We then opened a starling business account Which has allowed me to operate my day today business from one account itemizing my expenditure exactly how I wish. Reviewed on: 11th January 2020

Banking... The way it should be!

I have been using Starling Business Bank for about 18 months and cannot rate it highly enough. Easy to use Android app (iPhone app available too). Instant notification of both spending and receipt of money. All this and no monthly fee. Reviewed on: 11th January 2020
