So easy they make high street banks look cumbersome and chaotic!

Why would anyone use any other bank?

After so many issues using high street banks to get a company bank account, I turned to Starling Bank. My account was opened within 24 hours, my card arrived within 3 day and I was up an running in no time. For most services there are either no fees or they are really low, and everything is so easy to use. I really wander why anyone is using any other bank anymore? Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

They make it so easy!

I'd approached my personal bank about opening a business account and they just seemed to make it difficult, losing my online application in a system error. I'm really glad they did because it made me look at alternatives and I read about Starling in a magazine- I liked that the bank had been created by a woman. What a fabulously easy process it was to open the account yet this ease does not detract from the security of the account. Easy to use

Great bank for small business

I used Barclays Business Banking for 8 years, but it was never focused on small business. It was overly complex and expensive for my needs, and the technology was outdated. Switching to Starling was quick and easy. The technology is right for the times, the system is easy to use, and there are no fees. Reviewed on: 7th January 2020

Superb service

Account opening was a nice and simple process, well guided and clearly communicated by the app Customer service has been brilliant when needed to talk to a real person - well trained, very friendly and UK based - sets a very high standard well beyond others (just cancelled corporate Barclaycard due to dreadful offshore customer experience) The app has been very well thought through with customer experience paramount in its design Good integration with 3rd party apps And to top it all - the debit card card looks exceptional and again, great design and seeing someone thinking differently.
