Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy

Started a new business, checked out all the traditional high street banks, saw an anvertisement for Starling Bank that made it look very easy. Applied, followed the procedure and done, very easy and a very good overall experience. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Efficient, professional, easy to use, friendly

I was unsure about moving my business account to a purely online bank, but I need not have worried. I got as much help as I needed both online and via the phone and everything is very straight forward. I have now recommended it to several of my friends and expect to continue to do so. I like the fact that Starling is not constantly trying to sell me a new service or product and I feel as if we are part of the same journey and not being 'taken for a ride'! Simple, easy, more ethical

I wanted to move away from "big banks" that invest my money in oil and tobacco and charge people that already have nothing extortionate overdraft fees. I'm so glad I choose Starling! I have not missed having a local branch, as the app makes everything so easy. Cash deposits are tagged to they Post Office, and checks are sent for free in the post box. Perfect. The best part is that my transactions appear right away and I'm not charged for them. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Great bank for forward thinking entrepreneurs

I have really good experience with the company. All the issues that I had were resolved very quickly. The app is easy to use and navigate and it really meet the needs of people who are more demanding and don't like the hustle that other banks have.
