A new company!

We recently set up a new company & found the whole process of setting up & managing our new account effortless. Having spent the last 17 years with a High Street bank with our previous company I have to say this experience has been a breath of fresh air! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Free Business Banking With Instant Notifications

I moved my business banking to Starling and it was the best decision I made. The service is free and I like the instant payment and debit notifications which save time having to login and look at recent activities and statements to see if transactions have happened. The app seems to integrate easily with accounting apps although I haven't used the feature it. Customer support is great. Becaise all but a very very few transactions are transfers, I don't have to go anywhere to do manage the banking (only for cash payments). Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Fantastic - easy to set up, a pleasure to use.

Have banked with a large UK clearer for many years. Fed up with their charges, lack of clarity and clunky app. Am switching to Starling. Pain free so far! Thoroughly recommend. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Slick, professional and prompt.

I had experienced fraud against both personal and business accounts with Metro Bank. They were very unprofessional when dealing with my personal accounts. A good friend recommended Starling Bank. Happy with the service

Happy with the product and service however would like to see more credit cards with premium features to compete against Amex. I think this bank can deliver excellent business banking and credit options. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
