Easy Efficiency

My company has not been with Starling for long but we like everything about it - from the design to the customer service, from the app to the simple effectiveness of it. I'm planning to open a current account with them later this year as I like Starling so much. I have 4 other bank accounts and Starling is the best. We chose well. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Brilliant app, great FX rates, and free!

I maintain a small Limited Company for consultancy work I do alongside a full time role elsewhere, so company income is low and any costs associated with running the business are quickly noticeable. As a result of this I ditched HSBC who were charging me £5.50/mo for a current account, as well as charging for FX (I buy a few services in USD). Starling's app is slick and easy to use, the account itself is free, and the FX rates are near perfect. I have a problem at the moment (which I have yet to raise with Starling) where I cannot set up my card on Google Pay as I don't receive the promised text message despite multiple attempts over several weeks. I suspect this will be easily resolved when I contact them, however, and the odd little niggle like this is the only thing making this a 9 and not a 10 star rating. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Absolutely great.

So easy to setup and get going. No need to go into a branch with an appointment. If you're already a customer than you can setup a business account in a matter of minutes! It's great. I love it... Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Seamless experience!

Simple and straightforward experience right from the moment of opening the account. Very clear and concise transaction history and simple to use phone app. The bonus is the link up with Freeagent. I would highly recommend this account to anyone and I'm strongly considering opening a personal account with them as well! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

From skeptic to pro

As a start up, new to self employment and business, even business banking was a minefield to me. Starling made it a smooth and easy process, if I ever had any queries their customer service is friendly and efficient. From their simple set-up process, ongoing support to their user-friendly app, I now wouldn't want to bank with anyone else. Additionally, I now find it easier to track my expenses since Starling have collaborated with Quickbooks. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
