Can’t improve on perfection, best bank ever Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

Superb unobtrusive business banking

Starling business banking is brilliant. I switched to Starling after using another provider (I already had a personal account with Starling). I love that everything is there in the app when I need it, but it keeps out of the way when I don't. Starling connects up to my accounting software and, almost instantly, debits and credits show up for me to reconcile. Love it. ♥️ Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

Stress free, efficient banking

I’ve been with Starling Bank about 18 months. After trialling other app only banking services, Starling can out head and shoulders above the rest. Super fast payments, intuitive UI, regular USEFUL updates and excellent customer service. The desktop app is a game changer! I’ve recommended Starling to everyone who’ll listen! Excellent processes and set-up. Simplicity at its best!

Decided that I'd had enough of being charged to use Business Banking from Santander, more so when I'd no account manager and no one to speak to, if the need arises... Why business is online, so all payments are digital (no cash/cheques etc) and the way that Starling Bank portrays itself, really appealed to me. I initially opened up a personal account, took an hour or so to sort and receive my bank details. Once that was sorted, I then moved my Business Account over to them and that was the same process. Easy, simple, no faff and no fees, the most important bit! I've necessary access on my mobile at all times, it's a superb yet straightforward and easy to use app. Zero glitches and if helps needed, they're a simple message away and with fairly swift replies! Fantastic business banking
