Quick, easy, no hassle banking

No problem setting up multiple accounts or running them. I live in a rural area where our standard branch was closed years ago and relying on mobile/travelling banks that appear twice a week for an hour is no good. Any queries you need to travel to the city... A real nightmare. With Starling, it is instant and queries are answered at the end of a phone. Free to set up a business account. Simple easy process in parallel with personal account. Easy to use app with new improvements. Fast customer service through the app. Interoperability with account software such as QuickFile for efficient simplified accounting. Security focused without being intrusive. Banking as I dreamed it could be

Since every high street branch of my bank shut in a 10 mile radius I started looking st other banks. Starling is now my third! I will not switch again! It just works. Everything st my end is slick, clean, efficient. I’m on top of my finances. Saving is easy. It’s a bank designed for now. I started small and used them for a month or so just to test the water. I have now moved all my banking, including my business banking to them. I am a delighted customer and that takes a lot!! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
