Simplicity Banking

I joined Starling about 1 year back just before a holiday in Madiera. The account offered sterling and Euro accounts. which i was able to setup 100% online easily. The mobile app enables clear, realtime information on money movements, spending, balances. i can even quickly convert £/€ and vice versa, very easily on my app and make both € and £ payments at ease. Even old school cheques can be banked by scanning into the App. ive already recommended the bank to several friends. im 63 and think its brilliant. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Amazingly fast service

Live this bank, swapped after Santander locked all my accounts due to fraud, current account, savings, business and kids saver, didn't tell me, then heard nothing for almost a month and had no access to money in the meantime. As a business, this could have crucified me. My partner agreed to lend me some money, so I applied for a starling account on the Monday, had a number by Tuesday, an ecard an hour later and an actual card by Friday. Live the ease of use and knowing exactly where I am with the all. Instant notifications and login via my fingerprint. Puts santander to shame. As soon as I can I will be moving all my finances under starlings roof and have already recommended them numerous times. A no brainer! Well done Starling! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Clear, easy, fast

Starling is straightforward, easy, and fast to set up and use. I particularly loved the exceptional welcome pack. It never ceases to amaze me that a transaction beeps on my Starling app BEFORE it’s finished processing on the purchasing app. That gives me reassurance and confidence the transaction has gone through immediately.
