Easy to use, does everything I want it to do

The app is good, it was easy to sign up and had no issues whatsoever yet. Really like the instant spending notifications and the ability to spend abroad with no fees. Also, the insights tools are useful for doing end of month budget, although I wish there was a way to exclude certain payments from the summary as often moving money around will be seen as a 'payment'. Best bank ever

Anne Boden and her team of digital wizards have created a bank which is soo easy to use, understandable and informative. It also makes customers relationship with money much better and helps with categorising bills and payments. Money instantly leaving the person’s balance and notifying them the payment has gone through. Personally I have even dumped by main stream bank and now only use Starling Bank. Best banking experience ever

Starling is to banking what the iPhone was to mobile phones back in 2007. Santander, TSB and all the other high street banks are the Blackberries, Nokias and Panasonics of the day. Reviewed on: 21st November 2019

Digital, Innovative and Easy

Starling is a fantastic bank which doesn’t fail to disappoint! Their current account gives you great analysis and allows you to understand more about what you are spending your money on! best bank for sure

I am very happy with Starling Bank which not only has the best current account but, unsurprisingly, top class customer service able to find a fair balance between friendliness, humor and professionalism (I think the first almost implies the latter - they cannot be too far away). I got 10 pounds voucher just as a thank you gesture, ex gratia payment to resolve my complain when one day things went wrong, very quickly a replacement card after I was forced to replace it and I can feel that agents go extra mile towards me when they can. The only thing that is less than 5 stars is that the credit cards are yet to be launched and I have high hopes for them. Reviewed on: 21st November 2019
