Amazing Bank

I changed to Starling in August and its the best thing i've done, I even convinced my missus to change to Starling from HSBC. She now finds it so much easier to asking me for more money when starling reminds her that bills are coming out and she doesn't have the money, The instant notifications are very handy and the ability to manage your whole account via the mobile app is fantastic. Amazing bank, in tune with its customers needs

I opened my personal account in May 2017 and never looked back. Starling has developed from a customers perspective, which is visible in every feature. After being a happy customer for many years, my partner and I switched our joint account and he also switched his business account. I can not recommend Starling more... A great customer centric bank. Future of banking

Best Bank EVER!

We love our sole and joint Personal Accounts. From the ease of setting up without the hoop jumping required by High Street Banks to the amazing features such as categorising your spending to rounding up to a savings pot.... Fantastic bank! Banking how it should be done

I joined Starling bank around 18 months ago. I was initially interested in the mobile banking app and the slick features it offered. This new kind of banking app literally made my traditional high street offering look pretty poor. After a few months testing, it became pretty clear this was what I had been looking for. Now I have three accounts and Starling has become my main bank account handling my salary and all daily banking needs. Having used the card in many places, home and away it has always been accepted. I also persuaded rest of the family to switch to Starling.... we all love it! Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Exciting

My whole experience from opening my account to using the app has been seamless. Opening the account was the easiest experience ever. Receipt of card was extremely prompt. The presentation of delivery was unique and classy and using the app has been great with features such as spaces allowing you to separate your money, so you don't need another account has made managing my finances a breeze. They also appreciate their customers/fans by sending little gifts that mean alot. More businesses need to follow suit. Thanks Starling. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019
