A Starling Marvelous UK Bank

Whilst Starling may not have high-street branches, the customer service and support is far superior than banks that do have, and the speed and genuine determination to serve and help is outstanding. Once Starling has broadened their currencies for all customers, they would surely dominate any other bank! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Easy and informative

I've had to rely heavily on online banking since I underwent brain surgery in 2015, it's no longer a simple case of 'pop up the town for the bank'. I'm stuck at home a lot and I was getting increasingly frustrated with my high street bank, their app rarely gave an accurate balance of my account. I finally chose to make the switch to Starling, after trialing it for a couple of months. It's easy to use, I have more control of my balance and outgoings because Starling breaks the outgoing all down into bills, shopping etc. It's so informative. I receive a notification for every transaction instantly and know exactly how much I have to the penny. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Just simply amazing

Starling are a breath of fresh air, open honest and very easy to use. Very customer focused and the App is superb!! I opened the account to use for a trip abroad. I am that impressed I've now closed all my other accounts and just use Starling Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Starling provides me with the best banking experience I have ever had. Instant readout on current and past spending; monthly interest on credit balance; no charge for overseas use; competitive exchange rate for foreign transactions.
