In a word, fantastic

Best bank I've been with. Customer support is incredible and available 24/7 and the ability to pay cash in at any post office and quickly transfer money between starling business and personal accounts is a godsend. Long live starling bank! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Makes my money my own!

This account is the best I have ever had, it tricky does make my money my own no matter where I am in the world with no fees for forgin currency and the best exchange rates. It gives me confidence when traveling and truely excels over all other accounts! Not only that but the app is incrediable - the online chat helps work out any problems instantly without the usual terrible ‘security check’ that all other accounts continue to insist on doing despit the fact it is totally out dated. This account really is made for the world as it is today, on the move and accessible everywhere and I love it!! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

A Starling Marvelous UK Bank

Whilst Starling may not have high-street branches, the customer service and support is far superior than banks that do have, and the speed and genuine determination to serve and help is outstanding. Easy and informative

I've had to rely heavily on online banking since I underwent brain surgery in 2015, it's no longer a simple case of 'pop up the town for the bank'. I'm stuck at home a lot and I was getting increasingly frustrated with my high street bank, their app rarely gave an accurate balance of my account. I finally chose to make the switch to Starling, after trialing it for a couple of months. It's easy to use, I have more control of my balance and outgoings because Starling breaks the outgoing all down into bills, shopping etc. It's so informative. I receive a notification for every transaction instantly and know exactly how much I have to the penny. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Just simply amazing

Starling are a breath of fresh air, open honest and very easy to use. Very customer focused and the App is superb!! I opened the account to use for a trip abroad. I am that impressed I've now closed all my other accounts and just use Starling Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
