Got into severe trouble and was advised to seek the help of Step Change by Barclays.... The simple fact that Step Change act as a go between made the whole process a lot less stressful and I am now only a couple of years away from being debt free. My experience with Step Change has been nothing but excellent. After my wife falling ill & having to give up work I felt like I had nowhere to turn & was struggling to pay the depts that I could no longer afford. A recommendation from a friend got the wheels in motion & Step Change really did save me from a downward spiral. Without them I would of been in a impossible situation.
