We had a lot of debt and were struggling from one payday to the next. We’d taken out some silly loans to make life easier in the short term but it had got to the point where we couldn’t take our anymore loans and were not able to pay what we had. We eventually contact StepChange and they were amazing! So friendly, didn’t make us feel stupid for the position we were in, no judgement! They just helped us sort everything out into one a plan that we could stick to and we are doing. We are now able to see the light at the end of the tunnel!! Thank you! Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
