Debt management plan

Step change have changed my life, putting me back in control of my spending and sorting out a plan which is achievable for me to pay each month. The customer service is second to none, non-judgemental and whoever I have spoken to on the other end of the phone or an email has always reassured me and dealt with any issues swiftly and professionally. Help when you need it

Was desperately in need of help and I'm so glad that Stepchange was recommended to me. They showed me a bit of light during a very dark time in my life. I immediately felt there was a way out of my financial situation and with their support I have made some real headway. It's tough, but their continued support is very welcome.
