It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Helpful understanding and free service.

Getting on top

Got into debt with no real idea of how to cope StepChange helped me through the process of making real decisions of affordability and peace of mind knowing I'm moving in the direction of getting everything sorted and having a goal to look forward too rather than a constant fear of debt collectors/ baliffs turning up and the constant letters.
