Stepchange has changed our lives

After feeling sick and desperate at how to pay our bills it has taken a lot of pressure off us. By being able to pay a certain amount to which everyone agrees although for us the guilt has never gone away. We aren't bad people but owing money has made us feel that way although it was our fault we got in debt. To be able to speak to someone who didn't make us feel horrible was such a massive help, as we felt horrible enough. Wish we had learnt how to manage money when younger although we never had enough money and of course credit always seems a good option at the time. So readily available. Thank u so much Stepchange. Stepchange has always been very helpful both initially in helping me find a solution to my debts that was suitable for both myself and for my creditors and also in explaining any changes to my DMP such as creditors selling on my debts.
