Made our life so much easier!!

We had a lot of debt and were struggling from one payday to the next. We’d taken out some silly loans to make life easier in the short term but it had got to the point where we couldn’t take our anymore loans and were not able to pay what we had. We eventually contact StepChange and they were amazing! So friendly, didn’t make us feel stupid for the position we were in, no judgement! Saved me!

I was in a situation I thought I wouldn't be able to get out of and just felt so nervous and anxious all the time. I phoned stepchange just expecting some samey same advice. I spoke to the call handler and she spoke me through what stepchange were, and how they could help me. She was so kind and so helpful and made me feel like I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. I cannot thank stepchange enough and would recommend to anybody who's in a debt situation.
