It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Well if your looking at getting advice on your debts...

Well if your looking at getting advice on your debts I can not recommend Stepchange enough for there honest impartial advice and help working with creditors to find a suitable plan to help get things back on track. They also won’t charge for there service which really helps when your already in debt. If you are considering talking to them I say go for it. Reviewed on: 8th May 2026
