It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Stepchange really are a godsend!...

Stepchange really are a godsend & gave me realistic & constructive help when I got into a hole due to a bereavement and being landed with double rent after a flatmate moved out suddenly & my credit provider was unhelpful,counter productive & toxic ,I really would’ve been lost without Stepchange’s help and advice and finally got to be able to sleep at night. Incredible organisation

I got into credit card and payday loans after my mother died. Step Change got me out of a deep dark whole. Thank you! You have to toe the line once you're on the plan, believe me. Overwhelming debt and harassment from the credit car...

Overwhelming debt and harassment from the credit card companies. Used other credit cards to pay the extortionate monthly fees most of which was interest. Quite simply bled us dry. I was in a mess.

I was in a mess. 9 creditors screaming for money, I lost track of what was owed to who and what has been said. Stepchange contacted them all for me and as long as i can keep up with the one single payment i will not have to speak to the creditors again. Lovely. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
