Just one phone call to Step Change and they explained all my options to me thoroughly and dealt with everything on my behalf and after that one phone call I cannot explain how all the worry and the relief of my situation was just taken away, they are always there at the end of the phone to help and provide the best advise. Lifesavers

Since first reaching out to stepchange, they have been AMAZING. Really supported me and taken so much pressure off me. I felt like I was drowning with my debt but through their support they have relieved this and I can finally see the light and a day in the not to distance future I will be debt free. Excellent StepChange went through everything with me and put my mind at rest Once I had told them how much and who I owed it to they worked out how much I should pay each one they then contact the different companies who accepted the payments.
