I contacted stepchange when I was struggling to pay debts due to rising costs of today. The online forms were very straightforward and easy enough to complete, it was nice to know someone was there to help if needed with the forms. Once I completed everything asked, I just had to wait. It was around 10 days that I was contacted to say all was set up and when my first payment would be taken. In those 10 days stepchange emailed me and kept me up to date on what they had sent to my... StepChange’s DMP has helped me!

I had joined StepChange on a DMP after experiencing financial hardship a couple of years ago. I was really worried about my finances and through their support I am 9 months off being completely debt free. They are supportive and great communicators and I pay a manageable amount per month that contributes directly to the debts I had. Life Savers

I was really struggling with my finances, which meant It was having a real bad effect on my health, out of desperation I contacted Step Change, who helped me to set up a debt management plan, which has made an enormous difference to my health, they really are my life saver. Pride doesn't get you out of the rut, Step Change do!

During a period of time where debts had mounted, interest shot up, cost of living crisis, then losing my job, I had to shove pride to the side and ask for help. Step Change were a God send! So much information which was in lehmans terms, so much help and support online with excellent tools. When speaking with several people over the phone, each person was so nice, empathetic and didn't make me feel what I anticipated... like a school headteacher telling you what you should have ...
