HOW and WHY is this sorry excuse of an institution in ANY nomination for an award?? Pathetic! Pathetic Pathetic! AVOID AT ALL COST unless you want your money stolen by these unscrupulous bunch! No financial or technical knowledge about the service they are offering whatsoever, rude and incompetent staff employed solely to charge excessive fees which made aware to the customers!
