A phone line that is never answered, with wait times...

A phone line that is never answered, with wait times that actually go up the longer you hold. E mails answered after days of delays, but the replies clearly show that your initial email was either ignored, or not understood, (English language). Extortionate charges, and more focus on recruiting new customers instead of fixing actual customers problems Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Opening a Suits Me online account was quick and hassle-free. I didn’t need a credit check or a long application process, which made it ideal for my situation. The account was activated within minutes, and I received my contactless debit card shortly after. The app is user-friendly and allows me to track my spending easily, set up direct debits, and transfer money without any complications. I also appreciate the cashback rewards when shopping with selected retailers. Their customer service has been helpful whenever I’ve had a question.
