My account was straightforward, Fast and efficient..

My opening account was straightforward and their verification process was efficient and fast but most importantly when my account was opened I had issue loggin on the app and a dedicated staff was assigned to help and make sure every thing went well. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

I couldn't get a bank account anywhere!

I couldn't get a bank account anywhere! But suits me came to the rescue and now I have the freedom of safe and secure banking like anyone else!. I won't ever bank anywhere else now I know what suits me is! It's nice and easy to use the app and the customer service is 10 out of 10 Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

Changed my bank from engage to suits me I do like it...

Changed my bank from engage to suits me I do like it and I’ve had a good experience with them I had a problem where my card was declining and a rang customer services and they were able to rectify the problem within a few hours the only drawback would be that the wait time was an hour and a half but I understand that this is sometimes unavoidable.
