Worst customer service ever!

No one ever gets back to you. Webchat closes on its own. Simple tasks cannot be completed. They don't listen to you. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Very good service and efficient

I have had no problems at all with suits me I am currently on the phone waiting to speak to someone regarding my card I used it at an atm machine to withdraw cash and the machine swallowed my card waiting times on phone to discuss this problem are along wait but as long as it gets sorted fast and I get my replacement card I am happy Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
