Unfortunately my bike was stolen so I had to make a claim. Fortunately however, the process from start to finish was painless and very efficient. William handled my claim through to the end and took the stress out of the situation for me, he explained what was needed from me and what to expect. The claim was resolved promptly and I was back cycling in under a week. Sundays has been amazing!!

My experience with Sundays has been nothing short of fantastic. I recently purchased a bike from a company they partnered with: "Balfe's", in London. They had a promotion to get 30 days of free insurance with the purchase of a new bike. Yesterday, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a very helpful customer support agent from Sundays Insurance who helped me look at my options, and give me a very reasonable quote for my bike insurance. There wasn't a single question which she was unable to come up with a response for, and she was one of the most helpful people I have ever worked with for customer support. Sundays offered me a great deal, with an even better monthly rate to insure my bike from theft, as well as from any injuries while riding.
