Fantastic Service

I had my race bike insured and had a crash after hitting a pothole during a TT. I was expecting all sorts of barriers and requirements before my claim was considered but Sundays were very helpful, getting in contact and talking me through what was needed. The responses were quick and the whole claim was sorted very quickly. Will definitely be continuing to use Sundays to insure my bike. Reviewed on: 8th September 2023

Quick and easy. Simple to make changes.

Initial quote was quick and easy to obtain and confirm. Better still, a change mid policy was absurdly good. I needed to add travel cover. Within 3 minutes of chatting it was resolved from when I was away to my return. No queues on the phone either. It was a far stretch from the travel insurance company to add my daughter to our policy. They were very friendly and easy to get hold of. They kept in touch and explained everything really well. I had lots of questions and some they couldn't answer straight away but they came back with so much helpful information for me. It was a logical choice no brainer.

Super helpful team from the outset and made the whole process easy. It didn’t help that I managed to fracture my foot whilst on the call with one of the agents, but the reassurance I now have by the company has put me at easy.
