E-bike covered

It was a really easy process to sign up for insurance and the quote was very competitive, especially as I have a brand-new E bike that I want peace of mind over it being covered in a much better insurance product than via my home insurance which did not cover the bike for most things that Sundays did. Great Cycle Insurance Company

I researched quite a few different companies, and even with British Cycling discount for another company, Sundays were more competitive. When it came to the queries I had, these were always answered quickly and thoroughly by Christian. When it came to taking out the policy, I rang and Christian sorted it all out for me. Sundays insurance are the AAA standard

Sundays insurance was recommended to me and I am so pleased I was given their details. From the time I made my initial enquiry about cycle insurance to taking out a policy, the customer service levels were on a different level to any other insurance company I have ever dealt with. No long waiting on the telephone to speak to someone, staff that know their business well and a genuine sense that should the worst ever happen, I am confident of professional and efficient claim experience. At no point did I ever feel the representatives were in any way push and always gave genuine honest advice. Corespondents has been timely and clear and extremely reassuring.
