Fantastic service with friendly, knowledgeable people

It was super easy to get the estimate/affordability and then setting up the call, speaking with Andy and getting everything together to apply was amazing and such a smooth process. I was kept informed the whole time and literally made everything feel effortless. Unfortunately my original purchase fell through but I was not daunted about finding a new place and re-organising the mortgage because I know I’ll be taken care of and be given the best advice on what my options are. Just fantastic service and after working with Andy and Callum I signed up for the Lifetime and cash ISAs. Our broker, Dominic from Tembo, was fantastic

Our broker, Dominic from Tembo, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had a complex case with prior freelance earnings and probationary periods in current jobs, but he and his case handler Chelsea were with us every step of the way. They also recommended the conveyancers that we're using who have been brilliant. 100% recommend Tembo, and Dominic, for their easy-to-use services, clear and composed manner of working, and speed when we were also up against a deadline.
