Tembo go the extra mile for clients

As parents we wanted to help our son to buy his first property. We approached the mortgage co we had used for 25 years and had paid off our own mortgage with but found them to be unhelpful. At the age of 57 we were told we were too old to be accepted as guarantors. After finding Tembo by internet search we were soon very impressed by their refreshing approach . Hannah & Gemma found every option available to us and in the end settled upon a Deposit Boost Mortgage. This enabled our son to buy the property in his own name which was an excellent outcome. The best experience I’ve ever had with a mortgage broker. Kirsty was knowledgable, very helpful, personable and took the time to explain my options to make sure I got the best mortgage. Simple, straightforward excellent customer service

Got referred to Tembo by another company so didn't really know what to expect, but they were excellent - the advisor listened to my requirements, presented me with a few options and ultimately found me a good deal.
