Whole experience was brilliant I hate having to deal with admin and life but Tembo made it so easy, previously had nothing but jargon and bluster from other brokers but this was amazing Lucy made the journey awesome even with having to change lender twice! Chelsea also was brilliant for us, both work tirelessly to get us our mortgage and I only used Tembo initially because it was free perk of my workplace but I would recommend them to anyone and if you get Lucy & Chelsea you’ll have the best team working for you Reviewed on: 26th March 2026
