First time buyer - faultless throughout Bradley!

Fantastic experience from start to finish, as a first time buyer I wasn’t sure where to go, Bradley took over my case early on and was there for me even out of hours and he went above and beyond to assist me in what I needed. Very helpful, friendly, personal and informative about all aspects throughout the entire process, he was very responsive and helped me through each stage along with Emma and Ashleigh. Would definitely recommend Tembo from even savings using their LISA as I did, right through to brokerage and insurance help. My experience with Tembo has been amazing. They went above and beyond to both guide me and gain my mortgage and again support me through remortgaging. They explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had with clear answers. I didn’t think it would be possible to get a mortgage with my job but they never doubted it and gave me a range of options at all times. They came back and supported me through remortgaging in such a timely officiant manner! Cannot fault them at all. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

We have bee trying to find a specific lender for a few months, Elly and kerry managed to find a lender in just a matter of days. They were very professional and I can't speak highly enough of them and how they went about their jobs. Kept us in constant progress and had absolutely no issues at all. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tembo and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Jess and Gemma have both been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and manageable. Jess in particular has been an informative and supportive presence from start to finish. As first-time buyers, there was so much we didn’t know, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. She always made herself available to answer our questions and queries, no matter the time of day, which made a huge difference and gave us real peace of mind. Gemma was also brilliant, ensuring everything stayed on track and providing consistent support along the way. Together they made us feel genuinely cared for and supported, not just like another case number.
