Denomination too high

Ordered a few times through SterlingFX but disappointed at the denomination sent this time. I requested small notes and I understand this is not guaranteed but to send 80% of my order in 100 & 50 euro notes was not what I wanted. I was told after emailing the company that I requested mixed notes but my email confirmation from them clearly states small denomination. I would have happily waited for them to have small notes in stock had they contacted me with this option. They have also chosen to ignore my email confirming the request was small in my confirmation and not mixed as they state. Needless to say I won't be using again and will go back to a previous company used before which is a shame. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020
