Simple to use service. Very competitive exchange rates. Excellent customer service.

I was a bit anxious about ordering foreign currency online but found The Currency Club to provide excellent customer service. The website is simple to use and very clear about the exchange rates - there were no hidden charges. The exchange rate quoted at the time was almost 10% higher than my own bank (HSBC) and Sainsbury Bank that we've used previously. I was able to specify a delivery date to ensure I was at home to sign. The Currency Club sent emails confirming all the details of my order, then regular updates until the money arrived at my door. beat the high street hands down.

Overall highly satisfactory service.

By far the best rates, ease of website for checking rates and placing an order. Wide range of currencies. Use of Royal Mail as the courier makes it easy to collect if out when delivered by collecting from the ;local sorting office at my convenience.
