Caravan Insurance

Unfortunately my caravan was severely damaged by a third party. I submitted my claim and this company processed it professionally and with little fuss. Great customer service

The Insurance Emporium restored my faith in the insurance industry. For years I have shopped around looking for various types of insurance products to meet my every day needs. I have always found communication to be a particular area of weakness. However, the Insurance Emporium consistently exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Not only did they provide the most competitive rate for my caravan insurance, they provided levels of customer care, service and reassurance that made me feel I was dealing with people who were easy to contact, easy to communicate with and very easy to like. After sales service and communication is 5 star and provides customers with a great deal of confidence in the product and the company.
