Easy and good value for money

I had to upscale my insurance cover over the phone, it was completed quickly and easily with a customer advisor who also sent the new document within a few hours even though she was working from home. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Have our caravan insurance with The Insurance Emporium for the second year running now. Had the usual policy renewal with increased premium for year 2 come through and did what everyone does, went onto the comparison website that I originally found them on. Ironically, had a more competitive quote from them via the site. I then rang the number on the renewal email and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful gentleman, not from a call centre abroad but from his home office (pandemic working guidelines), who was so helpful and ended up saving me money. After years of just paying insurance provided by the caravan park insurance providers I checked the web to see if I was getting value for the cover. I found this company the web site was excellent easy to use the service was excellent. I purchased the insurance at a competitive price and a big saving on the caravan park quote.
