thinkmoney offer three different types of personal current accounts.

The Everyday account is fee free, the Smart and SmartPlus accounts have a monthy fee in return for more features. The SmartBudget feature helps you monitor and manage your money so you stay on track for your financial goals.

New App

The new app is terrible I spent over 2hrs on hold Wednesday yesterday they never answered I had to go to work I am on the phone now to them now and have been for 2hrs 30mins the new app is not working on my phone hasn't worked since the New App was launched last Friday why change to a new app when the old one worked just fine and who is going to pay for all the customers phone bills as being on the phone costs money Think Money should have had a free phone number set up for this new app so its customers could phone for free as think money must have known that their was going to be a lot of problems with this new app Reviewed on: 24th November 2023

A fantastic account that sets aside your monthly payments so you never touch them, that has no default overdraft, meaning you never overspend. The accompanying app is also very handy and easy to use for checking your balance and making one-off payments. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Definitely Room for Improvement

Think Money are a good bank for people like me who are useless with money and need it budgeting for them but their online services are shocking a lot of people including myself have been left frustrated when they constantly have problems with updating their system and you cannot check your funds or pay bills which can lead to embarrassment when you are trying to complete a transaction in a shop. It is especially annoying when you pay for them to provide a service each month and you cannot get access to your account Reviewed on: 11th February 2018
