Personal Touch Customer service in an age of automated banking

The customer service experienced during the application process to JN Bank UK was simply exemplary. Following an efficient and transparent overnight online application, I received a personal phone call from a representative within hours of completion to discuss my loan requirements and a review of my circumstances, in addition to providing me with an opportunity to discuss any questions. Finally, my loan payment was made into my bank account 2 hours following this phone call. In an age of customer service evolving into automated chat bots and protracted preprogrammed phone calls, the efficiency, transparency and personal touch I have received from JN Bank UK, was a genuine breath of fresh air, and I will certainly be using their services again, solely because of this excellent customer service experience. Really Helpful
