Private Sector Housing has changed so much where traditional house policy's don't really cover what today's Landlords are required to comply with. Therefore it has to be a specialist provider like Hamilton Frazer who do all they can to meet our requirements & the Law. Reviewed on: 12th September 2019

Perfect for a forgetful landlord, Hamilton Fraser make sure I never forget to renew the insurance. With any events, changes, or queries that I have had there is always someone on the end of the phone who sorts out the situation in a prompt and efficient manner.
