The price of the insurance has always been good compared to other providers. The staff are helpful and patient on the phone, they don't talk so fast we cant catch what they say or talk over us. They actually listen to us when we have an issue. Reviewed on: 20th July 2019

Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable & polite they work tirelessly to get your questions answered. I’ve had to make a claim once and unlike other insurers they didn’t make me feel bad that I had to claim I was appointed a dedicated person to help me through the whole process all the way up to receiving the money which is just brilliant at a time when your business is affected you’ve got someone who is there to help you get a speedy conclusion to your claim.
