As I landlord I need to be sure that I am doing everything right for my tenants. Hamilton Fraser helps me do that. They give me everything I know I need. And then they go further - they give me all the stuff I didn't realise I needed as well: their insurance covers all the necessary areas in a single package; they keep me informed of changes affecting landlords in the UK with their news-letter; they are easy to talk to over the phone. I’ve insured my flats with Total Landlord Insurance for several years and every call or contact otherwise has been so easy and been efficiently handled. Whether it be to review my last renewal quotation, to pay my premium or to add a new property on to my policy - it has always been so easy.
