Provider to landlords associations

I have dealt with the company for many years, following them agreeing to cover all members of a landlords association in Dorset (since merged with the NLA) when a block insurer failed. All members were given immediate cover and then a period of time to confirm if they wanted to take the insurance, or, if not, no charge was made for the interim period of cover for those that opted out. I have stayed with them ever since (as have most members) and I do have experience of a subsidence claim which has been handled extremely well. Reviewed on: 31st July 2019

Incredibly professional and effective

What an incredibly professional and effective team! I recently needed to renew a policy and was put through to Farah Chaudhry at the Hamilton Fraser team. She listened and made every effort to understand all the requirements and was consistently helpful, as were each of her colleagues that I encountered.
