I have today phoned Total Landlord four times to renew my premium and each time received automated message to leave a message, done so and received nothing. Appalling customer service. No way to renew online! Awful! Reviewed on: 13th November 2024

I have use Total Landlords for a few use for by building insurance for a rental purpose they have always been competitive and always provide an excellent service. I would personally like to thank a member of there team by the name Siobhan for her patience and understanding she was beyond excellent and took the time out to listen to me and provide me with insurance quote which reasonable and took into consideration my concerns.
