Very unhelpful

My first every claim after 14 years with company was rejected and did not even offer to pay for me having a duty to make property safe after ceiling collapsed and caused damage to electric wall socks, carpets and curtains. Paid NOTHING, and also INCREASED my premium. Reviewed on: 10th July 2023

Friendly service with updates each month on the ever changing Landlord rules

I have been a customer of Total Landlord since 2014 when we became accidental landlords. My existing insurer decided to triple the premium overnight. Total Landlord gave me a reasonable quote and although there have been increases each year, we are talking 8-15£ They have also kept me up to date with all legislation changes. What Total Landlord lacks in size, compared to the likes of Direct Line, they make up for in spades through genuine expertise in the landlording niche and world class customer care.
