First time investor and it was the only platform that made it easy together started and give it a try (create ETF, set schedule, etc). Unsure on customer service, but the comments from other users gave the confidence to try it. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Trading212- User friendly experience

Surveys shows that about 85% of the UK population don’t hold a stocks and shares ISA. That’s can be for a multitude of reasons but if you are looking to open an account Trading212 have made the app very simple, they don’t have fees and they have made user experience beginner friendly and inclusive.
