Tried to change holiday date. Was told they would get back to me within three to five days. That was about three months ago. So could do with the £1000 to make up for the £440 I have lost. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023

I’ve used them several times and it’s always been easy. When I’ve called customer service they’ve always known what they’re doing. once had to cancel a policy as they couldn’t cover me given a change in circumstances and they were very helpful, tasked me through my options and gave me a direct number to come back to one I had looked through my options. Making a medical claim has taken longer than necessary, because the first agent I spoke with did not request information that they would need to pay out my claim. This company needs to make it clearer when completing a claim that a doctor's note with diagnosis detailed is required, rather than accepting an invoice as the first agent suggested. It would have been helpful to know this when looking at the site abroad or in the emails sent so you can request the information prior to returning home. In addition the cost of this policy was very high. Otherwise the company has been friendly and answered quickly when discussing my claim over the phone. It was also easy to set up the policy. When I was looking for travel insurance, I was shocked to see the price from other companies was more than the actual holiday. I was worried I wouldn't be able to have insurance for my trip. Then I stumbled across Insurance 4 Medical and all those worries went away. I had even more coverage for about a 6th of the price. Couldn't recommend them enough! Reviewed on: 5th September 2023
