There when you need them.

We had booked a summer holiday to Spain. The day before we were due to leave our daughter lost her unborn baby. We obviously could not go on holiday and informed our holiday company who advised us we would not get any of our money back. We later contacted Travel Insurance 4 medical who sent us a claim form which we later received full refund. I believe a company proves how good it is when it deals with an without drama. Cannot comment on claims procedure as I didn't claim, so don't think others all is well. Happened to be the cheapest on a like-for-like basis at the time. However, under C19 new normal they are nowhere near competitive and offer less normal and C19 cover, so I bought elsewhere. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

I telephoned to upgrade my policy to annual because of the cancellation or rather deferment of my daughter’s wedding from June this year until May 2021. I telephoned on a Monday only to discover that my free alteration had finished on the Sunday. The gentleman waived the charge and helped me complete the medical details of the policy in a polite, professional and sympathetically efficient manner. Really excellent experience.
