A very easy system to arrange on line. Fortunately , for me, i have not had to make a claim so I am unable to comment further.

I have made a few journeys in the last eight months to visit my family both in Europe and the Middle East. As I have an irregular heartbeat it seemed absolutely necessary to have medical insurance. Travel free from worry

Good policy, good procedural claims process and helpful at a time of need.

In 30 years of travelling and travel insurance we have never had to claim. Unfortunately this year we were forced to abandon a trip due to medical circumstances. Our insurers were understanding, helpful and provided advice and assistance as to how to proceed. Our claim was dealt with professionally and paid out with a detailed explanation. Once we received the OK to travel again they were once again helpful and assisted us in reinstating our cover. I have recommended them to a number of friends this year already.
