Satisfied receiving service and value for money

We searched a number of service providers and we came across this company who offers a very good value for money, but yet including all aspect of requirements which meets our needs who have pre-medical conditions. The process applying online quite straight forward and easily done, even we are speaking English as our second language. Strongly recommend to those who are still undecided. Value for money

It was extremely easy to do online and this is from a computer idiot, what I know about computers and going on line, you could write on the back of a stamp. I have this on many occasions and the reasons I keep going back to them is the value for money. I have compared them with many others and while others may be a little cheaper, they are not giving the same cover. Great for people with medical conditions

Ailments included - Claim and cancellation made easy

Setting up the insurance was easy, taking into consideration all of our medical conditions and the cost was less than other companies. When colon cancer was diagnosed (which could not be covered). As the travel agents were wanting the balance of the cost of the holiday immediately we had to cancel the holiday. Cancellation and claiming were explained in detail and made easy to transact. All of the young men I spoke to on the telephone were polite, friendly and knowledgable. They acted swiftly and efficiently to comply with my wishes.
