Our experience with this firm for medical insurance abroad is unbelievably quick and easy to understand. If you dont understand anything just ask the operators to explain to you again, they are very patient and knowledgeable about this type of product. Very quick and easy to apply for online. However, I was not fully confident in the cover I had as there was a large excess. I also think having a short summary document with what to do in the case you need to claim on the insurance would be helpful. Reviewed on: 14th August 2018
